CRISPY CHICKEN SUPREME 
4 c. Rice Krispies (crushed to 2 c.)
1 tsp. paprika
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
3 lb. frying chicken pieces washed and patted dry
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Place crushed Rice Krispies in shallow pan. Stir in paprika. Set aside.

In a second dish or pan, beat egg and milk slightly. Add flour, salt and pepper and poultry seasoning. Mix until smooth.

Dip chicken in batter. Coat with crushed cereal. Place in single layer, skin side up, in greased or foil lined pan. Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour (uncovered). 6 servings.
