CHICKEN LEM'N DILL 
1 fryer cut into pieces or 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinned
3 c. crispy rice cereal (crushed)
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. Lem'n Dill (found at Jacobson's and Koeze's)

Melt butter and add Lem'n Dill. Brush (or dip chicken) with mixture. Place crushed cereal, paprika and pepper in a large Ziploc bag and blend. Put chicken (one piece at a time) in bag and coat well.

Place on rack in broiler pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Kids love this!! Serves 6.
