CHICKEN DILL AND VEGETABLES 
1 (16 oz.) sour half and half
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. peeled, seeded, finely chopped cuke
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. broccoli flowerets
2 c. cauliflowerets
1 c. thinly sliced carrots
1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
12 cherry tomatoes, halved red or green leaf lettuce

Mix sour half and half, salad dressing, cucumber, garlic, dill weed and salt in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Parboil broccoli, cauliflower and carrots 3 to 5 minutes or until partially cooked; drain. Mix vegetables, chicken and cherry tomatoes, cover and refrigerate, several hours. Toss chicken mixture with sour half and half mixture just before serving. Arrange lettuce on 4 individual plates. Spoon chicken mixture over lettuce. Garnish with fresh dill, if desired. 4 servings.
