1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butterscotch chops
8 c. Rice Chex

Melt the first 4 ingredients together and pour over Rice Chex - stir and coat with 1 1/2-2 cups of powdered sugar.
