COCKTAIL BLINTZES 
Sliced white bread
Softened cream cheese
Melted butter
Sugar and cinnamon

Cut off crust of bread. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin until very thin. Cut each slice into quarters.

On each piece, dab some softened cream cheese. Fold bread into blintz shape. Dip blintzes into melted butter. Roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Heat before serving. May be prepared ahead of time and frozen.
