HELEN'S TOMATO ASPIC 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jello, raspberry
1 (20 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 lemon, juice & peel
1 (11 1/2 oz.) can V-8 juice
4 or 5 tbsp. tarragon vinegar

Heat V-8 juice and use to dissolve Jello. Add vinegar and lemon juice. This should be tart. Add tomatoes and their juice. Chill. Garnish with lemon peel. Serves 8.
