CRANBERRY - ORANGE SALAD 
1 pkg. cranberries
Orange sections from 1 lg. or 2 sm. Calif. oranges
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 env. Knox gelatin
1 c. water for gelatin
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped celery

Grind cranberries and oranges. Put in a pan with the sugar and let these 3 ingredients come to a boil to melt sugar. Add gelatin which are dissolved on the cup of water. Cool before adding nuts and celery. Put into mold.
