ARTICHOKE DIP | |
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper Chop drained artichoke hearts in food processor until medium fine. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in small casserole dish at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until top is bubbly and lightly browned. Serve hot with bread or crackers. Submitted by: Charlie Hardin |
