CHOW CHOW 
1 peck sweet peppers, red and green
1 peck hot peppers, red and green
1 peck cabbage
1 peck onions
1 peck green tomatoes

Grind with coarse blade of food chopper. Add all together. 5 lbs. (or more) sugar, suit your taste 1 1/2 c. salt

Drain peppers, cabbage, onion and tomatoes. Put in pot. Add vinegar, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil; cook until changes color 2 or 3 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
