RITZY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz) pkg. frozen vegetables, California blend
garlic powder, basil and parsley, to taste
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 to 1 c. chopped onions
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
pinch of garlic powder
2 to 3 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
1 1/2 c. melted butter

Drain and pour into shallow baking pan the frozen vegetables, garlic powder, basil and parsley. Mix cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, onions, water chestnuts and garlic powder. Spread cheese mixture on top of vegetables. Mix Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle over vegetables.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
