BARBEQUED PORK CHOPS 
4 thick center-cut loin chops (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. steak sauce (A-1)
Garlic (3 cloves minced)
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Place chops in glass casserole or container for marinating. Mix ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover and refrigerate. Marinate overnight turning often. Grill over medium coals until cooked.
