CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
3 sticks butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
6 lg. eggs
3 c. sifted cake flour

Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add salt and vanilla and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flour. Spoon mixture into greased 10 inch tube pan and bake at 325 degrees about 1 1/2 hours. Yield: One 10 inch cake.
