CUCUMBER-LIME SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime-flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 c. cucumber, grated
1 tsp. onion, grated
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vinegar

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill thoroughly. Combine cucumber, onion and cream cheese; blend well. Stir in mayonnaise; add salt, lemon juice and vinegar; mix well. Stir into chilled gelatin mixture. Spoon into 3-cup mold or individual molds, and chill until firm. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
