CHILI BURGERS 
2 lb. ground beef or chuck
1 med. onion, diced (we like to use 4 to 6 green onions including tops)
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lg. clove garlic (minced)
2 to 3 tsp. chili powder

Mix all ingredients well and shape into patties. Grill over medium heat until desired doneness. Served on toasted Kaiser Rolls with salsa, sour cream and shredded Cheddar or Jack cheese.
