MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. self rising meal
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. ground red pepper
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 sm. can cream style corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. oil (little less)

Mix above ingredients in order given and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
