HAMBURGER KRAUT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
5 oz. or 2 1/2 c. noodles, cooked
1 (No. 303) can sauerkraut, drained
3/4 c. water
1 can cream of celery soup
Velveeta cheese slices

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain off fat. Put into 9"x13" pan. Pour sauerkraut over meat. Add the noodles. Heat soups and water. Pour over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Lay cheese slices over the top and bake about 15 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
