HEAVENLY FISH FILETS 
2 lb. fish filets
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter, softened
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash: garlic powder, basil, pepper
Dash: Tabasco sauce

Brush fish with lemon juice; let stand 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Broil filets about 4 inches from heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat; spread with cheese mixture. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.

Fish is done when filets flake easily with fork. Garnish with fresh parsley
