1 lb. hamburger, browned with 1/2 c. onion
2 env. taco seasoning mix
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 head lettuce
1 tomato
1/3 c. ripe olives

Mix all but lettuce, tomato and olives. Pour into greased 9"x9" pan. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Top with lettuce, tomato and olives.
