GOLDEN SWEET POTATO 
3 or 4 c. mashed yams
1/4 stick butter
1 egg (beaten)
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil yams until done and drain. Beat egg and add egg, sugar, butter and vanilla to hot mashed potato. Put in buttered baking dish and top with miniature marshmallows. Then top with 1 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 stick butter mixed together until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of potatoes and bake approximately 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve while piping hot.
