PUMPKIN SQUARES 
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour

Beat everything together in a mixer bowl. Spread in a 15x10x1 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Frost with cream cheese icing.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together until creamy.
