QUICK AND EASY STOVE TOP BAKED
BEANS
 
1 (16 oz.) can Campbell's pork and beans
2-3 slices bacon
1/2 med. onion, diced in small pieces
1/3 c. dark brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

In medium saucepan, cook bacon until crisp; let cool. Break into small pieces. Saute onions in bacon fat until brown. Drain on paper towel. Wipe pan with paper towel to remove excess fat; do not wash yet. Add beans, bacon (cooked), cooked onions, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve hot and bubbly. Then wash pan as usual.
