EASY BAKED BEANS 
3 (16 oz.) cans baked beans
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. brown mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 2 quart baking dish, stir together beans, onion, brown sugar, catsup and mustard. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour or until bubbly. Serves 8.

Microwave Method: In 2 quart microwave-safe dish, place onion. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave at high 2 minutes until onion is soft. Add beans, brown sugar, catsup and mustard; gently mix well. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave at High 6 minutes, stirring once. Uncover and continue to microwave at High 6 minutes, stirring once.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
