RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp. flour
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. soft butter

Cut up rhubarb and mix with sugar, salt, flour and beat egg. Pour into large Pyrex unbaked pie shell. Top with brown sugar, flour and soft butter. Crumble this together and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
