REUBEN MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp. catsup
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 lb. pastrami, chopped
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. mustard

Combine beef, crumbs, egg, catsup and salt (if desired) in bowl. Mix well.

Combine sauerkraut, cheese, pastrami, sour cream and mustard. Place one third of meat mixture in loaf pan. Spread with sauerkraut mixture. Repeat layers, ending with meat. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
