I really love rueben sandwiches so I decided to try this. It is really excellent! I had a little trouble trying to roll the meat. The mixture was a little moist so, I just folded the ends over each other. It worked just as well this way. I am planning to make this for a small Christmas get together. Thanks for a great recipe!
