LEMON FLUFF 
1 - 3 oz. box of lemon or lime jello
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
Vanilla wafers crushed for crust

Dissolve jello in boiling water and chill until thickens. Whip with lemon juice and 1/2 cup sugar. Chill milk until ice crystals form, then whip with 1/2 cup sugar. Fold in jello mixture. Pour over crushed vanilla wafers then sprinkle some crumbs on top. Chill.
