1 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. baking powder
3 apples, cut into bite sized pieces

Cream butter, sugar, eggs, then add flour, powder. Next add apples. You may have to add a little milk as necessary. Grease and flour an 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
