BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS SUPREME 
6 (12 oz.) chicken breasts
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. celery salt
1 stick butter
2 tsp. paprika
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. shortening

Cut chicken breasts in half. Wipe well with damp paper towels. In large bowl combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika and pepper. Add chicken to cream mixture, coating pieces. Let stand covered in refrigerator overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll chicken in bread crumbs, coating evenly. Arrange in single layer in large shallow baking pan. Melt butter and shortening. Spoon half over chicken. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Spoon rest of butter over chicken. Bake 10-15 minutes.
