1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. nut meats

Beat egg well and add all ingredients in order given. Be sure the batter is smooth before stirring in the apples and nuts. Turn into a buttered pie pan (no crust to this pan), bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees and serve with a small dollop of whipped cream.
