1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. finely cut apples
1/2 c. nuts

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat egg well. Add sugar and flour. Add apples and nuts. Pour in ungreased pie pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
