ENGLISH LEMON PIE 
Uncooked pie crust
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
Rind & juice of 3 lemons
6 eggs, separated

Melt butter. Add beaten egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice and rind. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Put in uncooked pie crust. Cook at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes (until set).
