1 lb. spaghetti 1 lb. bag cut broccoli 1 lb. bag mixed vegetables 3 lg. tomatoes 2 lg. onions 3 cloves garlic 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning 1/2 c. olive oil Salt to taste Grated cheese Cook spaghetti and drain. Cook vegetables and drain. In a fry pan add oil, onion, garlic and cut up tomatoes and simmer for approximately 15 minutes. Toss spaghetti with vegetables and pour tomato mixture from pan all over it and mix well. Add Italian seasoning and salt to taste. If need add more olive oil for taste and let sit for 10 minutes before serving. You can add grated cheese if you like! |
