VERA'S CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can chicken and mushroom soup
1 lg. breast of chicken, boned, or 2 flat cans white chicken
1 can broth or water
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can green chilies
1/2 c. grated onion

Mix all ingredients together and place in baking dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until crumbs brown.

Note: Campbells makes chicken and mushroom soup mixed together.
