CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (1 lb.) can green beans, drained
1 sm. pkg. white and wild rice mix, cooked
1 can sliced water chestnuts drained
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix and place in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly about 25 minutes. Garnish with French onion rings, bread crumbs or potato chips.
