RICE SALAD 
2 c. Minute Rice, uncooked
2 c. water
1 med. cucumber
1 lg. tomato
6-8 green onions
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
4 oz. Italian salad dressing

Boil water and cook rice as directed. Peel and chop vegetables. Add to cooled rice. Sprinkle with Lawry's to taste. Add salad dressing. Refrigerate and let set for 4 hours or overnight.
