SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
2 (29 oz.) cans yams, drained
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

With mixer mash and blend ingredients together. Put in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING: Mix together and put on the potato mixture. Bake uncovered 35 minutes at 350 degrees. This may be frozen and baked later. Great at Thanksgiving!
