CINNAMON AND CIDER 
2 qts. apple cider
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 (3 inch) cinnamon stick
Dash of nutmeg
1/2 sliced unpeeled lemon
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar

Simmer all ingredients together. Remove spices and can refrigerate leftovers. Serve hot.
