POTATO, SAUSAGE (OR HAM)
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. raw sliced potatoes
Grated cheese

Brown and drain sausage. Mix soup, milk, onions, salt and pepper. In a large casserole, layer potatoes, soup mixture, sausage. Repeat layers again ending with the sausage. Dot with butter. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hours. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and melt in oven.
