HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. Betty Crocker hash brown potatoes 1 1/2 c. water 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (about 6 oz.) 1 c. milk 1 c. finely chopped fully cooked smoked ham 1/2 c. sliced green onions (with tops) 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 5 eggs, beaten Paprika heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except paprika in large bowl. Pour into ungreased rectangular baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. |
