HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. finely chopped fully cooked, smoked ham
1/2 c. sliced green onions with tops
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
5 eggs, beaten
Paprika

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except paprika in large bowl. Pour into ungreased rectangular baking dish, 12"x7"x2"; sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.
