VEGETABLE JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper

Pour 1 cup boiling water into Jello. Then add mayonnaise and vinegar. Add 2 cups ice water. When partially set, add vegetables.
