CAJUN MEAT PIE | |
1 lb. ground turkey 1 lb. Owens Farm breakfast sausage 1/2 lb. andouille, chopped 1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese 2 ready made pie crust (9 inch) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground turkey, andouille and breakfast sausage, drain fat. Fill pie crust with browned meat, top with Mozzarella cheese. Use 2nd pie crust as top. Cut 4 (1/2 inch) slits in top crust. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. |
