FRUIT PIZZA CRUST 
1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Sauce:

1 cup lemon juice

Fruits:

apples
oranges
pineapple (rings and crushed)
kiwi
peaches
strawberries
coconut and pecans, optional

Press cookie dough in a pizza pan.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Cream together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over cooled crust. Cook sauce until thick and clear. Cool thoroughly. Arrange fruit on top of cream cheese mixture. You will have more than 1 layer of fruit. Pour sauce over fruit and refrigerate. Slice and serve.
