FROZEN BREAD & BUTTER PICKLES 
2 qts. sliced cucumbers
1 sliced onion
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Toss 2 quarts sliced (unpeeled) cucumbers, sliced onion and 1 tablespoon salt together. Let stand 2 hours. Drain. Boil 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup vinegar until clear. Cool. Add 1 teaspoon celery seed and 1 teaspoon mustard seed. Mix with cucumbers. Freeze.
