FRENCH HONEY BREAD 
4 eggs
2 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. honey
2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
5 c. flour

Beat eggs in large mixing bowl with soda and salt. Bring honey, sugar, and milk to a boil. (You may substitute 1 cup powdered milk with 1 1/2 cups water.) Put 5 cups flour on top of egg mixture. Pour boiled mixture over flour mixture. Beat for 10 minutes on high. Pour into 3 bread loaf pans, well greased and floured. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or knife comes out clean.
