PEPPERONI CASSEROLE 
1 stick pepperoni
2 c. elbow macaroni
1 can mushroom pieces
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cut pepperoni into bite size pieces. Cook macaroni and drain. Drain mushrooms. Reserve 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese for top. Mix everything together. Place in greased casserole. Bake uncovered 350 for 1/2 hour. May be frozen.
