FROZEN COLE SLAW 
1 head cabbage, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt

Sprinkle salt over cabbage. Let stand 1 hour.

Add:

1 grated carrot
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped red pepper

SAUCE:

1 c. vinegar with 1/4 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. whole celery seed

Boil 1 minute. Cool to lukewarm. Pour over cabbage mixture. Put in container and freeze. Will thaw in short time and can be re-frozen.
