1 can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice) 1 pkg. D-Zerta lemon gelatin 1 pkg. D-Zerta whipped topping 3 to 4 oz. cream cheese Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup liquid. Bring to boil and dissolve gelatin. Do not add cold water. Jell until thick. Prepare whipped topping according to package directions. Combine with softened cream cheese. Add gelatin to mixture and then the crushed pineapple. Strawberries or any other kind of fruit may be used in place of pineapple. |
