DIETETIC STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1 egg white
10 oz. diet 7-Up
2 tbsp. cornstarch
6 pkgs. Equal sweetener
Few drops red food color
1 1/2 pts. strawberries, cut in half
8 oz. Cool Whip or whipped topping (if desired)

Beat egg white and spread over unbaked pie shell to coat. (Keeps shell from being soggy.) Bake - cool.

Mix 7-Up, cornstarch, sweetener and food color. Cook, stirring constantly until thick - cool.

Place strawberries in cooked shell. Pour cooled filling over them and mix lightly. Cover with topping. Refrigerate.
