TART B B Q SAUCE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. celery, cut in sm. pieces

In skillet, saute onion in oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30-45 minutes. This is good on chicken, ribs, pork or beef.
